The Dialogue is scheduled for October 2026. Exact dates, timings, access and security arrangements will be provided directly to confirmed participants.

Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi. Final venue confirmation and private meeting-room details will appear in the participant briefing rather than on the public website.
Practical allocation of costs
Participant or institution
International travel, accommodation, visas where required, and applicable government or institutional per diem.
Alternative package
A separately priced travel-and-accommodation arrangement may be offered where expressly agreed.
Privacy before publicity
There is no public registration desk, public attendee list or public ticketing. Travel and protocol details are communicated on a need-to-know basis.
Access and dietary requirements
Confirmed participants may notify the Secretariat of accessibility, mobility, dietary, protocol or security requirements. Only information necessary to make the arrangement will be collected and shared with the relevant service provider.
